Adult Nurse Practitioner Services

Conditions Treated: cough, congestion, sinus infections, seasonal allergies, ear infections, sore throat, pink eye, fever, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea, constipation, urinary tract infection, minor allergic reactions, minor rashes, yeast infections, mastitis, thrush, cellulitis, shingles/herpes simplex virus (HSV), and more

Medical Services Phone Call: 20 minutes

  • Review your symptoms/needs
  • Assess if you need to be seen in-person or with telemedicine
  • If a telemedicine visit is appropriate, cost of phone call will be applied towards visit cost
  • If an in-person visit is determined to be necessary, patient will be referred to the appropriate provider (PCP, Urgent Care, ER)


Medical Visit


Telemedicine Visit: 30-Minutes via video or phone call

Virtual review of history, assessment, and treatment plan

Prescription sent to preferred pharmacy if needed

Provide referral to primary care or specialist if needed
