Newborn & Postpartum Support

Is your newborn fussy? are you Struggling with recovery?

When a baby is born, so is a parent

The postpartum period is a beautiful time, and also really overwhelming. You are recovering from birth as well as moving though immense physical and emotional changes, all while caring for a newborn.

As a Nurse Practitioner, I want you to have consistent, quality support for both you and your new baby. My fourth trimester support packages focus on the whole family. Learn more below.

General Postpartum Support

At The Mama Coach, it’s our mission to ensure every parent feels cared for and supported immediately following the arrival of their newborn.  As a Nurse Practitioner, I want you to feel confident in taking care of your infant, as well as yourself, during the postpartum period.

This service is provided at an hourly rate so that I can answer all of your questions during our time together.  I can also assist in newborn care, including teaching you how to bathe your baby, trimming fingernails, educating about newborn rash, jaundice, cord care, newborn development, and so much more.

I believe in the value of checking in on new parents in those early weeks. Most new Mamas are not seen by their Obstetrician until 6 weeks postpartum. A lot can go on in those 6 weeks. This is why I am also offering a bundle rate for three 1-hour sessions. I suggest planning on scheduling these at 1 week, 2 weeks, and 4 weeks postpartum. (Choose the “Add-On” for 2 additional sessions for $125 at check out)

This service is for families with a baby under 12 weeks old.

$200/3 sessions

Interested in multiple sessions other than the bundle above? Contact me for rates.
